Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products purchased directly from Zobotex Garments Private Limited through our website, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Timely Return: You must initiate the return process within 10 days from the date of your delivery. We are unable to accept returns after this time period.
  2. Purchase Order Number: When requesting a return, please provide the Purchase Order number you received when you placed your order on our website.
  3. Product Condition: We accept returns for Clothing & Accessories , if they were purchased through our website, and:
  • The product has been physically damaged during shipping, or
  • You identify unusual defects in the product upon receiving it.
  • Product must be in unused condition to be eligible for return.

Initiating a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. When you contact us, you will be asked to provide your Purchase Order number, which you received when you placed your order on our website.
  3. Once we determine that your merchandise meets the eligibility criteria as stated in this policy, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refund Process

Refunds will be made to the source mode used for the purchase after a thorough investigation and a final decision by Zobotex Garments Private Limited. Refund will be processed within 7-10 days and credited within 15-20 days. Refund will be credited within 15-20 days to the original source of payment method

  • We do not support returns for products purchased from third-party retailers or other platforms. Our return policy exclusively covers purchases made directly through our website.
  • Zobotex Garments Private Limited is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
